Association of Division III Independents (AD3I)

SAMI provides complete management services to the Association of Division III Independents, an organization of 15 independent NCAA member institutions that are not affiliated with a conference.

Under SAMI’s leadership, the AD3I provides its members with many conference-like services, including exempted postseason championship competition in nine sports; financial management; weekly, monthly and annual student-athlete recognition programs; weekly statistics services in seven sports; access to NCAA strategic-initiative grant funding; and a greater voice in the NCAA legislative structure.
